Motivational Music Mondays

What motivates you? For me, music is a big part of staying motivated, finding my focus and keep my fitness goals in mind.  Since I love music and it is such a big part of my fitness regimen, a regular feature of this blog, fitness journal, or whatever you want to call it will be MMMondays.  Today’s selection-“Optimistic” by Sounds of Blackness.  I can’t think of a better way to get started…keep your head to the sky!
