My name is Amber Anderson. I am a mom, Human Resources professional and a fitness enthusiast. And as of June 2012, I am an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and a trainer with On Point Fitness! (so proud!) Fitness has always been a big part of my life-from playing basketball and running track back in the day to present day sweating my ass off in Bikram yoga (and LOVING IT!). I am a regular person, who has found an interest and a passion for something that just happens to make people feel good. I think that fitness is for everyone and you just have to try new things in order to find what it is you like and what will work for you. Since I love trying new things, I thought that it would be fun to share my fitness experiences and maybe spread some of that knowledge to inspire others to do the same.
I hope to share some things and learn a lot through this fitness journey and encourage others to come along with me!
